Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use the Phoenix Plumbing & Heating website, whatever device or assistive technology they use.
Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. In practice that means you should be able to:
- zoom up to 400% without text spilling off the screen;
- move around the whole site with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline;
- use a screen reader, with clear headings, labelled form fields and text alternatives for images;
- read text with good colour contrast;
- turn off motion, as animations respect your "reduce motion" setting.
Known issues
- Some older blog post images may have missing or basic descriptions. We are reviewing them.
- The interactive Kent map is also available as a plain list of areas on the areas we cover page.
Other ways to reach us
If anything on the site is hard to use, you can always call us on 01622 585169 or email office@phoenixphsolutions.co.uk and we will help directly.
Reporting a problem
Please tell us about any accessibility problem you find, including the page address and what went wrong. We aim to reply within 5 working days.
How we tested
This statement was prepared on 29 September 2026 using automated checks and manual keyboard and screen reader testing on the pages people use most.
