How often do landlords need a gas safety certificate?
Every 12 months. You must give a copy to existing tenants within 28 days of the check and to new tenants before they move in.
What does a gas safety check include?
Our engineer checks each gas appliance for correct operation, tests flues and ventilation, checks gas pressures and burner operation, and tests the pipework for tightness.
Can you do the boiler service at the same time?
