We always aim to fix your plumbing issues within 24 hours.

Is there a call-out charge for your services?

Accepted Answer

We have a one hour minimum charge for breakdowns but thereafter we charge in 30 minute increments. We do not charge for our quotations. You are only charged from when the engineer arrives at your property to when the job is complete. You are not charged for travelling time, parking costs, picking keys or congestion charges.

Are you Gas Safe registered?

Yes. All of our heating engineers are Gas Safe registered, meeting the stringent criteria set by the official gas registration body in the United Kingdom.

Do you offer finance for boiler installation?

Yes. Boiler finance is available through Phoenix Financial Consultants, with 0% finance options available subject to status and credit checks.
