Highly recommend Phoenix Plumbing and Heating Solution. My toilet was overflowing intermittently. Sent over videos of what was happening. Quickly provided a clear quote. Engineer arrived ontime. Discovered had wrong part but was no trouble as quickly ordered the correct part and went to collect. Once back the engineer fitted the correct part and resolved the issue. Would recommend to people looking for a reliable plumbing service

We've used Phoenix a number of times from minor tap jobs to a new gas installation to our boilers. Every engineer has been very competent, polite and cleaned up afterwards. It's taken four years to find such a good, reliable company. I would give 6 stars, but there's not enough room!

Pheonix were contractors for our agent when we used to rent our home and they were always nice to deal with. So when needed a plumber in our own place, they were the first people we called. They've aced everything asked of them, from emergency call outs, to boiler repairs and the biggest one: fitting a new shower, new valves and pipework and re-seating the bath properly. The workmanship is excellent and the people are all super helpful and friendly including the office ladies, will definitely call again if we need someone.
