• “Phoenix had been recommended to me due to their excellent reputation and as my boiler had been misbehaving I called the office and since that point the process has been transparent and efficient. I got an Email confirmation of my appointment date and a reminder nearer the day together with timings. James came out to me on time to investigate the problem and also to undertake a service as we have not been brilliant at keeping on top of this important job! As a result we were expecting an expensive visit. To my pleasant surprise, James was already prepared with knowledge of the issue which was extremely professional, recreated the issue immediately to check if this was the issue we had been experiencing, and then proceeded to fix it. Whilst we may end up needing some replacement parts (or new boiler) in the future, we wouldnt now go anywhere else as we know this is a company we can trust. I was so impressed and wanted to thank the whole team at Phoenix for their professionalism and exemplarary service - highly recommended!”

• “I had Excellent experience with them, couple of times on different occasions. Boiler service , no big expense no unwanted upgrades, just a good service for under 100 quid. On the other occasion, their team came in to do some plumbing for my dish washer. We had a last minute hiccup so had to do 2 bends at a really difficult to reach place. Guys just went for it with all the necessary tools and a perfect professional job. Can’t recommend them enough for any heating and plumbing needs.”

Discovered had wrong part but was no trouble as quickly ordered the correct part and went to collect. Once back the engineer fitted the correct part and resolved the issue. Would recommend to people looking for a reliable plumbing service.”

• “Phoenix were contractors for our agent when we used to rent our home and they were always nice to deal with. So when needed a plumber in our own place, they were the first people we called. They've aced everything asked of them, from emergency call outs, to boiler repairs and the biggest one: fitting a new shower, new valves and pipework and re-seating the bath properly.
