Fair minimumsWe have a one hour minimum charge for breakdowns but thereafter we charge in 30 minute increments, so you only pay for the time worked by our engineer.
Free quotationsWe do not charge for our quotations. However, if we are called to a fault where an engineer must diagnose a problem this does not qualify as a quotation and will be charged at our standard rate.
Guaranteed workAll plumbing and heating work comes with a one-year workmanship guarantee. All renewable systems, including air source heat pumps, come with a 2-year workmanship warranty, in line with the RECC mandatory standard.
No hidden extrasYou are only charged from when the engineer arrives at your property to when the job is complete. You are not charged for travelling time, parking costs, picking keys or congestion charges.
Boiler and central heating maintenance
Phoenix Home Care
Three levels of care from your local Gas Safe engineers. Pay monthly or once a year, with priority service and no unexpected repair bills. Prices include VAT.
Level 2 Home Care plan
Everything in Level 1, plus breakdown repairs to your boiler and thermostat.
