Your local engineers in New Romney
New Romney lies on Romney Marsh, a wide, flat landscape of sheep fields, sea walls and drainage dykes, with Littlestone and Greatstone just down the road. Some homes here are on mains gas, but many rural and coastal properties rely on oil or LPG, which makes air source heat pumps an interesting option. Bungalows and seaside houses are common, and older ones often have outdated controls and radiators. We are happy to talk through all the alternatives.
Because of the distance from Maidstone, our New Romney work is planned in advance: boiler replacements, servicing, heat pump surveys and air conditioning. Coastal air is tough on outdoor units and flues, so good installation matters. Please phone 01622 585169 to book, and to ask whether emergency attendance is possible on a given day. We can also advise on whether a heat pump would suit your home and how it compares with what you have now.

What people say
“I recently used Phoenix Plumbing for a bathroom tap installation and was really impressed with the service. Later on, we had a plumbing emergency with a mains water leak, so I called Luke and he quickly arranged for one of his team to attend. The response was fast, professional, and the issue was sorted efficiently. Great service, great price, and excellent communication throughout. I would highly recommend Phoenix Plumbing to anyone looking for reliable plumbers.”
“We were having issues with our boiler and Phoenix Plumbing and Heating were fantastic. They came out and resolved the issue quickly and were really professional. The engineer that came out was polite and knowledgeable, certainly an asset to the company. The lady I spoke to in the office ensured someone was out ASAP. Couldn’t have been happier and we wouldn’t go anywhere else now for any plumbing and heating needs. Highly recommended.”
“We use Luke and his team annually to service our boiler. They always reply promptly and and are always clean and tidy when they leave. We have also used them a couple of times with other plumbing issues and again they're always very helpful. Thank you Phoenix 😀 would always recommend you !”
