Dean Fincham

Dean has spent more than a decade in plumbing and mechanical services. He started out on site, and his background in installation and construction processes still shapes how Phoenix runs every job.

Before leading Phoenix, Dean was Technical Director at Certus Plumbing and Heating. There he oversaw project delivery and kept technical standards high across a wide range of work. As Managing Director, he now looks after day-to-day operations and the company's long-term direction. That means making sure residential and commercial clients across Kent, the South East and London get the best service possible.

For Dean, growth only counts if it doesn't cost the company its reputation. Phoenix has grown steadily under his leadership, but the basics haven't changed: do the right thing by people, answer the phone and finish every job properly. Professionalism, quality and strong client relationships run through everything the team does.

Dean is also keen to invest in the industry's future. He's championed Phoenix's apprenticeship programme with East Kent Colleges Group and supports local charity events in the community. His favourite part of the job is seeing a space the team helped build being used and enjoyed, like Forever Padel in Boughton Monchelsea.
