She makes sure jobs are organised, engineers are where they need to be and customers are looked after from their first call to the finished job.
Gemma is often the first friendly voice homeowners, landlords and commercial clients speak to. She has seen Phoenix grow from a Maidstone plumbing and heating firm into a team working across Kent, the South East and London. Through that growth, she has helped keep the personal, reliable service the company is known for.
She takes real pride in the quality and safety of every job that goes out the door. She knows customers trust Phoenix's fully qualified, Gas Safe registered engineers with their homes and properties, and she makes sure that trust is never taken for granted.
