Luke Brewer

Luke has more than a decade of plumbing and mechanical experience and has been part of Phoenix since 2022. As Technical Director, he's responsible for the technical side of every project. That means making sure each job is finished on time, on budget and to the highest standards of quality, safety and efficiency.

He leads the work across the full range of Phoenix services, from routine maintenance and emergency repairs to complete installations. He also oversees heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems for residential and commercial properties. Luke works with homeowners, letting agents and facilities managers alike, and shapes each solution around the client, whether that's a single home or a large property portfolio.

Luke believes a great service starts with a motivated, well-trained team. He encourages the engineers and technicians to keep developing their skills and keep up with the latest industry practice. He has also helped drive Phoenix's apprenticeship programme with East Kent Colleges Group.

Quality and compliance are central to how Luke works. Every project is held to strict quality and safety standards, so clients get results they can rely on for years. Looking ahead, he wants Phoenix to keep growing its reputation as a trusted name, with a stronger focus on sustainable, energy-efficient solutions.
